This decision is a genuine and historic milestone as it marks the first time Israel stands accused, with a landmark consensus among judges except for one.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The court&#8217;s realistic decision not to pronounce a ceasefire in Gaza is because the responsibility lies with the United Nations Security Council or significant powers, as seen in the case of Kosovo, where NATO intervened and pressured Serbia.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Israel is unlikely to comply with the International Court of Justice&#8217;s demands, but it is now under close observation.
