السلام العادل مسؤولية إنسانية عالمية… ونداء لدعم تطلعات الشعب الفلسطيني نحو الحرية والكرامة

في زمنٍ تتزايد فيه الحروب وتتسع رقعة الأزمات الإنسانية، وتتعرض فيه منظومة القانون الدولي لاختبارات غير مسبوقة، يصبح الدفاع عن السلام مسؤوليةً أخلاقية وإنسانية واستراتيجية تقع على عاتق المجتمع الدولي بأسره. فالسلام الحقيقي لا يتحقق بالقوة، ولا يُفرض بالإكراه، بل يُبنى على أسس العدالة، واحترام الكرامة الإنسانية، وسيادة القانون، وصون حقوق الإنسان.
إن دعاة السلام في العالم مدعوون اليوم إلى تجديد التزامهم بالقيم الإنسانية التي قامت عليها الشرائع السماوية والمواثيق الدولية، وفي مقدمتها حق الشعوب في الحرية والكرامة والأمن والعيش الكريم. فالصمت أمام المآسي الإنسانية لا يصنع سلامًا، كما أن تجاهل الحقوق المشروعة للشعوب لا يؤدي إلا إلى إطالة أمد الصراع وتعميق معاناة الإنسان.
ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن الشعب الفلسطيني، الذي ما زال يتطلع إلى حياة آمنة وكريمة في ظل الحرية والعدالة، يستحق دعم كل أحرار العالم وكل المؤمنين بثقافة السلام والحوار. إن دعم الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني، وفي مقدمتها حقه في تقرير مصيره وفق قرارات الشرعية الدولية، لا يتعارض مع الدعوة إلى السلام، بل يمثل أحد أهم مقومات تحقيق سلام عادل ودائم في المنطقة.
إن السلام الذي ننشده هو سلام يقوم على العدالة والاحترام المتبادل، ويحفظ حقوق جميع الشعوب، ويؤمن بأن الأمن الحقيقي لا يتحقق إلا عندما يشعر كل إنسان بأن حقوقه الأساسية مصونة، وأن القانون يطبق على الجميع دون تمييز أو انتقائية.
ومن هنا، فإننا نوجه نداءً إلى كل محبي السلام، وإلى الحكومات، والمؤسسات الدولية، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والجامعات، ووسائل الإعلام، والزعامات الدينية والفكرية، وإلى كل أصحاب الضمائر الحية، للوقوف إلى جانب قيم العدالة والإنسانية، ودعم كل الجهود الرامية إلى إنهاء الصراعات بالوسائل السلمية، وترسيخ ثقافة الحوار، واحترام القانون الدولي، بما يحقق الأمن والاستقرار لجميع شعوب المنطقة.
إن بناء مستقبل أكثر أمنًا لا يكون بإدامة الصراعات، وإنما بإحياء الأمل، وتعزيز التفاهم، واحترام حقوق الإنسان، وفتح آفاق التعاون بين الشعوب. وإن الشعب الفلسطيني، شأنه شأن جميع شعوب العالم، يتطلع إلى مستقبل يعيش فيه أطفاله وشبابه في أمن وحرية وكرامة، بعيدًا عن الخوف والعنف والمعاناة.
فلنجعل من السلام رسالةً عالمية، ومن العدالة أساسًا للمصالحة، ومن الكرامة الإنسانية مبدأً لا يقبل المساومة. ولنعمل جميعًا على بناء عالم يسوده الحوار والتعاون والاحترام المتبادل، لأن السلام العادل ليس حلمًا بعيدًا، بل مسؤولية مشتركة وإرادة سياسية وأخلاقية يجب أن تتجسد في الأفعال قبل الأقوال.
إلى كل محبي السلام في العالم: إن الوقوف إلى جانب الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني، وفق مبادئ القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، هو وقوف إلى جانب العدالة والإنسانية والسلام. فلتكن أصواتكم سندًا للحق، ودعمكم خطوة نحو مستقبل يسوده الأمن والحرية والكرامة لجميع شعوب المنطقة.

A Just Peace Is a Global Human Responsibility: A Call to Support the Palestinian People’s Aspirations for Freedom, Dignity, and Lasting Peace

At a time when wars are escalating, humanitarian crises are deepening, and the international legal order is facing unprecedented challenges, defending peace has become not only a moral imperative but also a humanitarian and strategic responsibility shared by the entire international community. Genuine peace cannot be imposed through force, nor can it be sustained through coercion. It must be built upon justice, respect for human dignity, the rule of law, and the universal protection of human rights.
Today, all advocates of peace are called upon to reaffirm their commitment to the universal values upon which both divine teachings and international law are founded—values that recognize every people’s right to freedom, dignity, security, and a life worthy of human beings. Silence in the face of human suffering does not create peace, just as ignoring the legitimate rights of peoples only prolongs conflict and deepens human tragedy.
Within this context, the Palestinian people—who continue to aspire to live in freedom, dignity, and security—deserve the support of all people of conscience and all those who genuinely believe in peace, dialogue, and justice. Supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them their right to self-determination in accordance with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, is not contrary to the pursuit of peace. Rather, it constitutes one of the essential foundations for achieving a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace in the Middle East.
The peace we seek is a peace founded upon justice, mutual respect, equal human dignity, and the recognition that genuine security cannot exist unless the fundamental rights of every individual and every people are respected and protected without discrimination or double standards.
Accordingly, we appeal to all peace-loving people around the world—to governments, international organizations, civil society institutions, academic and educational communities, media organizations, religious leaders, intellectuals, youth movements, and every person of goodwill—to stand firmly in support of justice, humanity, and international law. We call upon them to support every sincere effort aimed at ending conflicts through peaceful means, promoting dialogue, strengthening coexistence, and ensuring respect for the principles of international legitimacy.
Building a safer and more stable future cannot be achieved by perpetuating conflicts or expanding cycles of violence. It can only be realized by restoring hope, advancing justice, strengthening mutual understanding, and creating opportunities for cooperation among peoples. Like all nations, the Palestinian people aspire to a future in which their children and future generations can live in freedom, security, dignity, and hope, free from fear, violence, and suffering.
Let peace become our universal message, justice the foundation of reconciliation, and human dignity a principle that admits no compromise. Together, let us work toward a world governed by dialogue rather than confrontation, cooperation rather than hostility, and mutual respect rather than division. A just peace is not an unattainable dream—it is a shared responsibility and a political, legal, and moral obligation that must be reflected in actions as well as words.
To all those who believe in peace across the world: Standing in support of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, in accordance with international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the principles of justice and human dignity, is ultimately a stand for peace itself. Let your voices be a force for justice, your solidarity a source of hope, and your commitment a meaningful contribution toward a future where freedom, security, dignity, and peace prevail for all the peoples of the region.
Peace is not merely an aspiration—it is humanity’s greatest strategic investment in a more just, secure, and shared future.
