ترامب يُقاضي «نيويورك تايمز» بـ15 مليار دولار!
أعلن الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب أنه سيقيم دعوى قضائية على صحيفة «نيويورك تايمز» بتهمة التشهير والقذف بقيمة 15 مليار دولار.
وكتب على منصته «تروث سوشال»: «سُمح لصحيفة نيويورك تايمز بالكذب والتشهير بي بحرية لفترة طويلة للغاية، وهذا سيتوقف الآن!»، مضيفاً أنه سيتم النظر بالدعوى في فلوريدا.
وفي منشوره، وصف ترامب الصحيفة بأنها «واحدة من أسوأ الصحف وأكثرها انحطاطاً في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة»، متهماً إياها بأنها الناطق الفعلي باسم الحزب الديموقراطي اليساري المتطرف، وبأنها دعمت كامالا هاريس خلال الحملة الرئاسية الأخيرة.

Their Endorsement of Kamala Harris was actually put dead center on the front page of The New York Times, something heretofore UNHEARD OF! The “Times” has engaged in a decades long method of lying about your Favorite President (ME!), my family, business, the America First Movement, MAGA, and our Nation as a whole. I am PROUD to hold this once respected “rag” responsible, as we are doing with the Fake News Networks such as our successful litigation against George Slopadopoulos/ABC/Disney, and 60 Minutes/CBS/Paramount, who knew that they were falsely “smearing” me through a highly sophisticated system of document and visual alteration, which was, in effect, a malicious form of defamation, and thus, settled for record amounts. وفي تموز، أقام دعوى على صحيفة «وول ستريت جورنال» مطالباً بتعويض مقداره 10 مليارات دولار على الأقل بتهمة التشهير بعدما نشرت مقالاً يفيد بأنه كتب رسالة إلى رجل الأعمال الذي تلاحقه تهم «الاعتداء الجنسي» جيفري إبستين.
