Legitimate Questions from Palestine.

Many of my friends who are living in Palestine posed a question to me, Are the protests now in the US similar to that of Vietnam? Will the movement be crushed by the US government and by the pro-Zionist forces?

It seems that many have lost faith in the United States for its hostility to the Arabs and to Palestine; for these friends, the US politicians are more hostile and more supportive of Ggenocide than the Zionist Army and the settlers because, with American bombs, the people are dying and suffering. They have the right to be skeptical. In a way, I say the protesters at the university campuses are similar to that of the anti-war movements of the sixties; this one is more significant because the Students are learning about the struggle against Zionism and its destructive role in the United States and Palestine. Many youths in Vietnam were protesting because of the draft in the military; they did want to serve to save their lives. This protest is a wake-up call for the activists against the system and the Administration who succumbed under the control of Zionism and became the significant power behind the genocidal and ethnic cleansing in Palestine. They want a radical change in America to be a productive force in spreading peace and prosperity. The projected lies that the US and the Zionist lobby, along with the Media, are revealed to the people, and they are not led astray anymore,
I have attended some of the activities in the encampment in Chicago, and the students are more enlightened about the Palestinian cause and the people’s suffering. Not to forget, many Jewish students are essential parts of the activists and reached the conclusion that the Zionist entity does not represent them and are calling for the total liberation of Palestine from the river to the sea and for the return of the Palestinians to their homes,

The administration is going nuts and promising to protect the Zionist entity. The students are shaking up the system’s foundation and gaining the support of their friends, parents, and relatives. They will be the future of the new United States despite their difficulties. Beating the protesters and arresting them will be the fuel for change. Zionism is equal to Racism and detrimental to the Jews and to the entire World.
