Killing and Destruction In Sudan Must Stop. Children suffer the most. Editorial. July 1. 2024

The news of Destruction, killing, and displacement in Sudan is going on at high speed. It is similar to what happened in Palestine, or worse, The big powers are behind it. It is a process to destroy the Arab countries, one region after the other. We have seen it in Arabistan, Iraq, Syria, and Libya. It seems if the Arab regimes do not wake up and support each other, their turn will definitely come, and they will be in oblivion. The West and the East are not our friends. Each has interests, and no principles are involved in international relations. Humanity is out of the question. Sudanese refugees in the forests of “Ollaala “Ethiopia are suffering from malnutrition, lack of medicine, and clean water. ٍٍٍٍThey face the same conditions in all the camps in and out of Sudan. This tragedy has to stop. Child deaths increased among the refugees living in the forest. More than 6,000 Sudanese refugees, including children and women, face dire conditions within the Ollala forests in Ethiopia’s western Amhara region. A report by the Coordination Committee of Sudanese Refugees in the Amhara region has revealed a staggering figure: More than 2,000 children are suffering from malnutrition, colds, and other health issues due to the complex humanitarian conditions in the Ollaala forest. In recent months, 45 children have died as a result of malnutrition at the transit reception point in Al Matma. The tragedy of the people of Sudan, and especially of the children, reminds me of Madeleine Albright when she spoke about the death of half a million Iraqi children during the first six months of the deadly blockade ( the price was worth it) The same story of genocide and killing children is taking place in Sudan and Gaza, and the ugly ghost of Madeleine Albright is still echoing ( the price is worth it ). Do not be part of it; stop the arrogance of the big powers East and West.
