The Zionist Entity & Iran.
Editorial by Ibrahim Ebeid. August 7/2026
The Persian regime and the Zionist entity are the same; both are similar in racist behavior and hatred toward Arabs, and both occupy Arab lands. Iran has occupied Ahwaz since 1925; the British granted Arab Ahwaz to Iran, and the State of Ahwaz came under the rule of the Shah and then the Islamic Republic of Al Faqeeh.
The names of the country and cities were changed from their original Arabic name into Persian names; the Sykes-Picot agreement was behind it all, ripping the Arab World apart to keep it weak and poor and rip them of their wealth. Oil, and the oil that was discovered, played a major role in creating this misery. In the Zionist entity, the Palestinians are paying a heavy price; many of their villages and towns were destroyed or given different names, Hebrew names. In both Iran and the entity, people are paying a heavy price; ethnic cleansing and genocide are constant and uninterrupted. And the world community mostly ignores it.
Ahwaz was given a Persian name, Khuzestan; its Arab population is about 16 million, who are forbidden to name their children Arabic names; the Arabic language is forbidden and not an official language. Their land is being confiscated, especially the fertile land, a replica of the Zionist entity.
Thousands of Ahwazis were executed and slaughtered in public to inflict fear and horror; the guillotine is being revived.
I have many friends from Ahwaz who live in exile; each one of them tells horror stories about what happened to them and their families and friends. They confiscated their farms and forced them to flee to a foreign land.
This tragedy must stop; the Ahwazi people deserve to live in peace in their homeland. They deserve to reclaim it and live in peace and harmony; they must have freedom and independence.
The Persian territory is in the center and surrounded by many nationalities and countries that were occupied by force of arms, and, like Ahwazis, they suffer from deprivation, racism, and execution.
I have no hatred toward Iran or to the Persian people. I abhor the American aggression against Iran, and I would like to see Iran grant independence to the land that it illegally occupies and live in peace with its neighbors.
