The Security Council adopts a resolution calling for a halt to Houthi attacks on ships bounding to Israel in the Red Sea. Russia, China, and Algeria abstained; Russia and China did not use their veto power. The war of Genocide in Palestine is going on with no cessation and is ignored by the so-called big powers and their satellites.
The Security Council resolution for the Houthis to stop supporting Palestine is a continuation of genocide.
Russia and China are always part of the problem; they make their decisions according to their whims, and to abstain means to agree and tolerate; this attitude is anti-Palestine and pro-The Zionist entity. Their position on Palestine does not differ from that of the United States.
US Secretary Antony J. Blinken is shuttling back and forth to the Middle East to rally support for the Israeli Entity to continue its war against Palestine and its people, justifying the genocide as self-defense. And describing the Palestine resistance as terrorists. His trips to Turkey and to certain Arab countries, including the Palestine National Authority in occupied Ramallah, are intended to dupe those miserable regimes for a Palestinian State in a small portion of Palestine as a satellite state controlled by Israel and Gaza to be put under the administration of Ramallah, that if the war ends without ethnic cleansing of the people of Gaza and force them into the Sinai Desert.
Bliken pretends that he asks Israel to scale down on killing civilians but not stop the war of genocide; he claims that his partner in crime, Benjamin Netanyahu, does not listen and gives the United States a deaf ear. This is bullshit; this does not pass; the United States and its allies are the only ones that can stop the war in Gaza by stopping the financial and military support to Israel.
Blinken and Joe Biden are very concerned and worried about the strong allegation by South Africa against Israel of committing genocide against the Palestinians. Blinken is traveling to convince the World that the war against Palestine is far from being genocide, and the allegations of South Africa are weak and immaterial; at the same time, he is instructing his ambassadors around the World to stand for Israel to defeat the allegations.
Many states around the World supported the case of genocide against Israel, and those who looked at the accusations were convinced that Israel indeed committed and commits genocide against the Palestinians,
The allegations were facts taken from the Israeli statements and from Human Rights organizations; they were not taken from Hamas or any Palestinian organizations or institutes; the allegations are very damming.
South Africa’s case at the ICJ ‘strong and robust’: Legal expert Triestino Mariniello, a reader in law at Liverpool John Moores University and a member of the legal team representing Gaza victims at the International Criminal Court, says that South Africa’s genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice has a strong chance of succeeding, as it shows how Israeli “conduct has been put in place with the intent to destroy” Palestinians in Gaza as a group.
Among the governments that support the South African allegations against Israel is Brazil. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva expressed support for South Africa’s submission to the ICJ during a meeting with the Palestinian ambassador on Wednesday, according to a statement from the country’s Foreign Ministry, on January 10, 2024. The statement also says that the mass displacement of Palestinians and the lack of access to food, water, energy, and health services inside Gaza constitute acts of collective punishment.
“In light of the flagrant violations of international humanitarian law, the president expressed his support for South Africa’s initiative to call on the International Court of Justice to order Israel to immediately cease all acts and measures that may constitute genocide or related crimes under the terms of Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide,” the Brazilian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
We, in Sawt Al Oroba, call upon the peoples of the World to use their influence and force their governments to annul the Security Council of the United Nations and authorize the General Assembly with power to make its resolutions binding; the Security Council is a hindrance to Peace and Justice among nations.
