It is waging a fierce war in the West Bank, as it works to undermine the work of the Palestinian National Authority and another that affects the destruction of the infrastructure of cities, villages, and camps. The e demolition of safe housing for citizens, in addition to the displacement of the population and the siege of Palestinian cities with settlements, bypass roads, and the wall, and confiscating the land and besieging the Palestinians prevent their expansion and limit their economic and social activity, it is a war in every sense of the word, in both cases in which the operations take place, whether in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, Israel is disrupting life and impoverishing Palestinian civil society, making it widely dependent on humanitarian aid and assistance supervised by international agencies or local institutions.
In the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli army conducts its various operations from the air, land, and sea, it relied on the previous phase of the war on the implementation of military plans prepared by military officers and commanders, including the Gyor Island plan, which led to the transformation of the northern Gaza Strip into an open military zone. Today, the plan implemented by Israeli politicians and generals is the plan of so-called “Trump plan”, which calls for the displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to countries that could absorb them outside the Gaza Strip.

Israel has put the Palestinians in front of difficult challenges, and despite international support for the establishment of a Palestinian state from the podium of the United Nations General Assembly, and the decision of the International Court of Justice advisory to the United Nations General Assembly on the situation of the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian territories, in which Israel demanded an end to the Israeli occupation within a year from the date of the resolution of the Palestinian territories, but unfortunately Israel turns a blind eye to any trend for the independence of the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination, and creates justifications for the continuation of the occupation. It seeks to exclude Palestinians prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state, annex the West Bank and Gaza Strip to Israel, and displace Palestinians outside their land and homeland. The Palestinian people have the right to independence, self-determination, and the establishment of a Palestinian state on the land of Palestine. No one should impose on him tendencies that undermine his project to live in dignity to gain his independence. It is state terrorism in every sense of the word.
