‎Ahwazi women… The memory of a homeland and a voice that does not bow‎

‎Ahwazi women are not just a folio of pain, but a living history of steadfastness, uncompromising dignity, and a will that has not been broken in the face of oppression.‎

‎Since the beginning of the struggle, it has stood by its compatriots, holding Ahwaz in its heart, and guarding its Arab identity generation after generation, despite years of marginalization and attempts to obliterate history and identity.‎

‎She was a mother who instilled in her children the meaning of pride and belonging, a sister who supported her family, a daughter who carries the memory of her country, and a woman who believes that dignity is not inherited by words, but is maintained by attitudes, patience, and determination.‎

‎The more adversity intensified, the more firm she became, and the more they tried to silence her voice, the louder a voice came out of her silence:‎

  📌‎We are here… This is our land, this is our identity, this is our homeland.‎

‎They wanted to extinguish its light, so it remained in Ahwaz’s memory.‎

‎They wanted to obliterate identity, so the Ahwazi mother was the first school to teach her children the meaning of belonging.‎

  💥‎Ahwazi women are not only witnesses to history.‎

‎ Rather, she is one of its makers.‎💥

‎It will continue to believe that freedom is a right, that dignity does not die, and that nations will not be erased from the memory of their children, no matter how long it takes.‎

‎ As has been said:‎

‎ If the people one day wanted to live‎

‎ Fate must respond‎

🌴‎ The Arab Ahwazi will remain in the hearts of its children, as long as some free men and women make glory with patience, steadfastness and determination.‎
