Love of the homeland is not a word to be said… It is a covenant we carry in our hearts and a responsibility we already uphold.
The Arab Ahwazi is not just a land we long for from afar; it is not a border drawn on a map; it is an identity, a history, a memory, a dignity, and the future of an Arab people.
Whoever loved his homeland, preserved his history, preserved his identity, adhered to his right, and worked for his future. Defending the homeland is not only with a loud voice but also with awareness, steadfastness, science, action, unity of rank, and protecting the truth from falsification and from being forgotten.
The Almighty said:
”And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, and do not transgress, for Allah does not love the aggressors.”
The verse sets limits for fighting: self-defense and the truth without aggression. Therefore, love of the homeland does not mean hatred for the other, but rather adherence to the truth, rejection of injustice, and the pursuit of freedom and dignity by legitimate means.
🌴 We are the sons of Arab Ahwaz…
We carry our homeland in our hearts wherever we are; we memorize the names of our cities and villages; we cherish our language and our Arab identity; and we bequeath to our children the story of a homeland that does not want to die in the memory of history.
The nation is built by its children, and the people rise when the national interest takes precedence over personal interests and when difference becomes a means of integration rather than a cause for division.
We do not want a homeland that is mentioned only in speeches;
Rather, it is a homeland that lives in conscience, in education, in science, in work, and in the unity of its children.
Defending the homeland begins with defending the truth.
Defending the truth begins with rejecting falsification.
Emancipation begins when the people believe that their right does not lapse by statute of limitations.
If the homeland is a trust in our necks, loyalty to it is to be worthy of this trust:
With awareness instead of ignorance,
And with unity instead of division,
And by working instead of slogans,
And with patience and steadfastness instead of despair.
The Arab Ahwazi is a homeland with a memory, a people with a right, and an indelible identity.
Freedom may be delayed…
The road may be long…
But the truth does not die because the road to it is long.
The blood of our martyrs and the memory of our Ahwazi Arab people will remain a testimony to the fact that freedom has a price, and that peoples who preserve their history do not allow their future to be written by the hands of others.
Ahwaz is in the heart…
And Arabism is in the conscience…
Freedom is an unbreakable covenant.
